Responsible for strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and aligning TECAA's programs with cultural values. The board ensures accountability and long-term sustainability.

Community Council

Council members represent regions and help translate community needs into policy and program design. They serve as the voice of members across Australia.

Working Groups

Specialized teams focused on youth programs, cultural events, welfare support, and membership engagement. They execute the vision set by leadership.

Regional Chapters

Local branches in major cities that coordinate community activities, events, and support services for members in their area.
